Payment Terms:
Our payment terms are set at 30 days from the date of delivery. We accept payment through the following methods:
- PayPal: for amounts less than USD 100 or equivalent
- Wire transfer to our bank account: for amounts greater than USD 100 or equivalent
Purchase Order:
To process your purchase order, we require the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Website address and physical location
- Single point of contact person in charge of the project
- Contact number and email address of the contact person
- Job description
- Agreed-upon terms
- Due date and delivery format
- Special requirements (if any)
Job Delivery:
We aim to deliver your project before the due date. Once you confirm the receipt of the deliverables, the delivery is considered complete. If there is any delay in delivery, we will notify you as early as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a discount rate for delayed delivery.
Post-Delivery Service:
We provide online support before and after delivery until you are satisfied with the final product. Minor adjustments or modifications are also included in the service.
Transaction Completion and Confidentiality:
All information shared during our service will be treated as confidential. In the event that applicable law or enforcement agencies require access to this information, we will notify you as soon as possible.
